  • Create a comprehensive CMA and RPR Report for Listing Appointments, ensuring accuracy.
  • Order Sign through Sign Company and schedule professional photography through preferred vendors.
  • Prepare the Listing Package in the client’s chosen Real Estate Transaction Management Software (e.g., Dotloop, Form Simplicity, Transaction Desk, Docusign, App-files).
  • List the property on MLS with complete details, attaching images and necessary documents.
  • Configure Showing Time and promptly update MLS with Price Improvements, Open House details, and any changes.
  • Coordinate with HOA/Management company to obtain Purchase Application, Rules & Regulations and Condo Docs.
  • Enhance property visibility by promoting it on major Real Estate platforms such as Zillow and

Transaction Coordination

  • Introduce all parties via email (Title company, Lender, Other Agent, Seller, Buyer) with the executed contract and addendums.
  • Follow up with parties throughout the process and review the contract for timelines, setting reminders for due dates in advance.
  • Obtain required signatures on Seller’s Disclosures and Addendums, sending them to Title Company, Lender, and other Agent. 
  • Schedule inspections as per the purchase contract.
  • Coordinate with Sellers and Realtors to ensure agreed repairs are completed (using executed addendums).
  • Confirm appraisal order with Lender (if financing) and regularly follow up for loan commitment and final clearance.
  • Coordinate with Title Company for clean Title commitment, Lien Search, Estoppel (Condominiums), and request a preliminary Closing Statement for review.
  • Close out Property on MLS (Listing Agent) or request MLS closure via email (Buyer’s Agent to Listing Agent).
  • Request Executed Closing Statement, Warranty Deed from Title Company.
  • Email Client to post Google & Zillow Review, like Agent’s Facebook page and follow on Instagram.
  • Ensure all Executed Docs are uploaded to Client’s Transaction Management CRM. Request Commission checks based on Realtor preference.

Social Media Marketing

  • Generating Just Listed, Open House Flyers, Price Improvement, and customized Flyers.
  • Executing online ad campaigns on popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others, tailored to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
  • Developing Email Marketing campaigns for Realtors through client marketing platforms including Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Activepipe, and similar tools.
  • Assisting Realtors in setting up targeted direct mailing campaigns for desired subdivisions or communities.

Broker Compliance Review

  • Creating compliance-related checklists in accordance with Broker Requirements.
  • Acting as an administrative support for Brokers on their internal platforms, handling the submission of contracts by agents.
  • Conducting regular follow-ups with agents to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  • Verifying that each file submitted by agents aligns with the established checklist before the closing process.
